What FIND IT ROBOT is:
A custom app programmed to find any key or car on the lot using iPhones and Bluetooth PING!Tags™.

What FIND IT ROBOT is, technically:
A custom iPhone app and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) tag system that shows where every key and car last PINGED! on your lot. Proprietary FIND IT ROBOT PING!Tagsā„¢ are purpose-built for the lot: long range, motion-aware, fleet-configurable tags that have two flashing blue LED lights and a loud (85 db) electronic PINGER! to help staff quickly find keys and cars. And every vehicle and key carries a smart location history, so you can not only see where it is, but the last ten places it was. Buy FIND IT ROBOT once. No monthly fees. Ever. Tag it. Forget it. Find it.

What FIND IT ROBOT does:
FIND IT ROBOT was made for the people where minutes matter. No more walking the lot looking. Tap SHOW KEYS or SHOW CAR and the PING!Tag™'s blue LEDs light up and it PINGS! loudly enough to help staff find the key or car fast.

What FIND IT ROBOT costs:
Everything below is a complete package — custom app, PING!Tags™, training and launch support included. One price. You can even pay half down, half on delivery.

50 cars — $7,900  (1 rooftop, $158 per car, 150 tags included)
100 cars — $9,400  (2 rooftops, $94 per car, 300 tags included)
200 cars — $12,100  (3 rooftops, $60.50 per car, 600 tags included)

The fine print: Three PING!Tags™ per car — one on the car, one on each key. Need more tags later? 150 @ $12 each, 300 @ $11 each, 600 @ $10 each, down to $9 each at case quantities (972). Tags are reusable: when a car sells, pull them and rescan them onto the next one.

What lot loss is costing you:
Every dealership loses money on the lot. Misplaced keys, cars in the wrong row, salespeople walking instead of selling. Most dealers have never put a number on it. We built a calculator that does.

What it needs:
The iPhones already in your team’s pockets. Every iPhone running the app quietly helps the system see the lot — we call them scouts. It’s a patent-pending passive network. FIND IT ROBOT runs in the background; your staff updates the map just by walking the lot.

What it takes to start:
We build a custom iPhone app for your store, based on overhead maps and zones you help us create. Once the maps/zones are created, we train your PDI team to scan the vehicle's VIN and the tags. One tag goes on the car's rear view mirror and one tag attaches to each of two keys. The app installs on every participating staff member's iPhone. Then it just works.

What about range:
PING!Tags™ are rated to 100 meters — or around 3 times the range of the latest Apple AirTag — and engineered for the open-air, metal-heavy environment a car lot actually is. The more iPhones moving through the lot, the tighter the picture.

What about batteries:
PING!Tag™ batteries are user-replaceable CR2032 coin cells (220mAh), rated for a minimum of 16-months of normal lot use. The app flags any tag running low well before it goes dark — a dead battery will never surprise you on a Saturday morning.

What about Android:
FIND IT ROBOT runs on iPhone today. Ask us about Android.

Who it’s for:
Sales teams chasing a deal, porters moving inventory, managers running the floor — everyone whose day depends on finding the right key or car, fast.

What it isn’t:
Not GPS. Not a traditional Real Time Location System (RTLS). No fixed receivers, gateways, antennas, cabling, or installer in a truck. Just the FIND IT ROBOT app, PING!Tags™, and the iPhones your team already carries.

What’s the catch:
No long-term contract. No infrastructure to replace when the system you bought last year goes obsolete. FIR Care — cloud service, app updates, support — included with every package. PING!Tags™ and iPhones are yours to manage. Buy FIND IT ROBOT once. No monthly fees. Ever.

“Simple can be harder than complex: You have to work hard to get your thinking clean to make it simple. But it’s worth it in the end because once you get there, you can move mountains.”

— Steve Jobs, Apple Computer, Business Week, May 25, 1998
