Just The Facts.
What FIND IT ROBOT (FIR) is:
A simple system to quickly find lost keys and cars.
What FIR is, technically:
An iPhone-based Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) tag tracking system that finds vehicles and keys on dealership lots. FIND IT ROBOT PING!Tags are similar to Apple AirTags, but are more sophisticated (accelerometer, longer range, fleet-configurable, etc.).
What it does:
Shows where every key and car is, in real time. Nobody walks the lot looking.
What it costs:
Three PING!Tags per vehicle (one for the car, two for the keys). PING!Tags start at $17 ea. for a 150-tag pilot, and drop to as little as $14 ea. at 600+. The custom FIND IT ROBOT iPhone app is priced by the size of the dealership (number of rooftops, lots, & zones). Optional RoboReport: $99 per rooftop, per month.
What it needs:
Every employee with an iPhone becomes part of a patent-pending passive network of scouts that keeps the entire lot found, all day long, without anyone trying.
What it takes to start:
PING!Tags arrive in a box. During PDI, your team scans each PING!Tag and attaches it to the car and keys. The app installs on every employee iPhone. No installer visit. No construction. PING!Tags are reusable — when a car sells, pull the tags, rescan them onto the next car, and go.
Who it’s for:
Any dealership tired of losing time, keys, and cars on their own lots.
What it isn’t:
Not Global Positioning System (GPS), not Real-Time Location System (RTLS), not a hardwired system — nothing gets bolted, drilled, or mounted to your buildings. Just the FIND IT ROBOT app, PING!Tags, and the iPhones already in your employees’ pockets.
What’s the catch?
There isn’t one. Not a subscription trap. Not a long-term contract. Buy the PING!Tags, install the app, find keys and cars.
“Simple can be harder than complex: You have to work hard to get your thinking clean to make it simple. But it’s worth it in the end because once you get there, you can move mountains.”
